Terms and conditions for the Aurelion Automotive loyalty program

These terms and conditions govern the use of the Aurelion Automotive loyalty program (hereinafter referred to as the "loyalty program"). By participating in the loyalty program, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.

The loyalty program is offered voluntarily by Aurelion Automotive . There is no legal entitlement to participation, points credit or redemption . Aurelion Automotive reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of participation, adapt the loyalty program or discontinue it entirely at any time.

2. General Provisions

The loyalty program allows registered customers to collect points for certain activities as well as for purchases in the Aurelion Automotive online shop.

The points collected can only be converted into shop vouchers , which can be redeemed in the Aurelion Automotive online shop.

Points:

  • have no monetary value
  • do not constitute a means of payment
  • do not establish any entitlement to payment
  • cannot be converted into cash
  • cannot be transferred, sold, or given away.

Payment in cash, bank transfer, PayPal or other forms of money is expressly excluded .

Points are personal and valid only for the respective customer account.

Points are always rounded down to the nearest whole number . Fractions of points or cent amounts are not taken into account .

Collected points automatically expire 365 days after the respective points credit is issued, unless they have been redeemed beforehand.

It is not possible to retroactively claim points for past purchases or activities if these were not automatically recorded in the system.

3. Collect points

Points can be collected in particular for the following activities:

  • Registration and creation of a customer account
  • Newsletter subscription
  • Sharing website content on social networks
  • Liking posts on official social media channels
  • Participation in the referral program
  • Recommendation to friends or acquaintances
  • Purchasing products in the Aurelion Automotive online shop

Aurelion Automotive reserves the right to modify, remove, or expand activities at any time.

4. Points awarded during shopping

For every full euro spent in the Aurelion Automotive online shop, the customer receives 5 points .

Amounts in cents are ignored and always rounded down .

Example:

Purchase value: €50
Points earned: 250 points

Points are awarded solely on the basis of the actual value of goods paid.

Shipping costs, redeemed vouchers, discounts or other price reductions may be excluded from the points calculation.

Points will only be credited after full payment of the order and expiry of the statutory cancellation period .

In the case of cancellations, returns or refunds, the corresponding points will be deducted from the points account.

5. Conversion and redemption of points

The points collected in the loyalty program have no direct monetary value .

Internally , 1 point corresponds to a calculated shop credit of €0.01 , which can only be used to convert it into vouchers.

It is not possible to withdraw this credit balance in cash.

Points can only be converted into fixed voucher amounts .

Conversion is only possible in these fixed increments . Partial amounts or individual conversions are not permitted .

The vouchers can only be redeemed for goods in the Aurelion Automotive online shop .

One use for:

  • Shipping costs
  • Cash payment
  • external platforms

is not possible .

6. Abuse and restrictions

In case of suspected misuse, manipulation or fraudulent activity, Aurelion Automotive reserves the right to:

  • Deleting points
  • To block accounts
  • Excluding participants from the loyalty program

Multiple accounts, automated activities or technical manipulations for point generation are not allowed .

7. Liability

Aurelion Automotive accepts no liability for:

  • technical malfunctions
  • System failures
  • Transmission error
  • Delays in points crediting

Incorrect point credits can be corrected or reversed at any time.

8. Changes to or termination of the program

Aurelion Automotive can terminate the loyalty program at any time:

  • change
  • restrict
  • suspend
  • or stop completely

This can happen without prior notice .

There is no entitlement to the continuation of the loyalty program.

Exchange rates, point values ​​or voucher levels can also be adjusted at any time.

9. Data protection

The personal data collected as part of the loyalty program will be processed exclusively in accordance with the privacy policy of Aurelion Automotive .

By participating in the loyalty program, you expressly agree to the collection, storage and processing of your data within the framework of this program.
